1. Information We Collect

Account information

We may collect information you provide or authorize, including:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Profile photo
• Authentication provider and account identifier

App and driver activity

Depending on the features you use, GigProfit may process:

• Income and expense entries
• Trip, mileage, time, and earnings information
• Uploaded screenshots and text extracted from them
• Location information used for navigation, driver mode, radar, or nearby recommendations
• App preferences, subscription status, and feature usage
• Device and diagnostic information used to maintain reliability and security

Information from third-party services

When you choose to connect third-party services, we may receive information that you authorize those services to provide, including information from Google, Apple, Plaid, mapping providers, and other service providers used by GigProfit.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Create, authenticate, and manage your account
• Provide earnings, expense, mileage, tax-organizing, mapping, and driver-assistance features
• Import, organize, and display information you choose to connect or upload
• Protect accounts and prevent unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve GigProfit
• Respond to support requests and legal obligations
• Send important service, security, and account communications

We do not use Google user data or Plaid-derived financial data for advertising, marketing profiling, credit decisions, or the training of generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

3. Google User Data

When you choose to sign in to GigProfit using Google, GigProfit may access the basic Google account information that you authorize, which may include:

• Your Google account identifier
• Your email address
• Your display name
• Your profile photo, when available

How GigProfit uses Google user data

GigProfit uses this information only to:

• Authenticate you and provide secure account access
• Create and maintain your GigProfit account
• Display your name or profile photo within GigProfit
• Associate your settings and app data with the correct account
• Prevent unauthorized access, fraud, and abuse

Storage and protection of Google user data

Google authentication information is processed through Firebase Authentication. GigProfit may store your Firebase user identifier, email address, display name, and profile photo URL for account-management purposes.

GigProfit does not receive or store your Google password. Information is transmitted using encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections and is protected using authentication, authorization, and access controls provided by our service providers.

Sharing of Google user data

GigProfit does not sell, rent, or trade Google user data. Google user data may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate GigProfit, including Firebase and Google Cloud, for authentication, hosting, security, and related application services.

GigProfit does not share Google user data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Google services we do not access

GigProfit does not access your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Google Photos, or other private Google services unless GigProfit clearly requests such access and you expressly authorize it.

Google API Services User Data Policy

GigProfit’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Financial Data and Plaid

When you choose to connect a financial account, GigProfit uses Plaid to help establish the connection and retrieve information you authorize, such as account details and transactions.

GigProfit does not receive or store your bank login credentials. Those credentials are handled by Plaid and the relevant financial institution.

GigProfit uses Plaid-derived information to provide bookkeeping, expense organization, transaction-import, and tax-organizing features requested by you.

GigProfit does not sell Plaid-derived financial information and does not use it for advertising, credit eligibility, lending, or generalized AI-model training.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: with providers that support authentication, cloud hosting, financial connectivity, mapping, analytics, security, communications, and app operations
• Legal requirements: when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request
• Safety and protection: when reasonably necessary to protect users, GigProfit, our rights, or the public
• Business transfer: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law
• With your direction or consent: when you ask us to share information or clearly authorize a specific integration

We do not sell personal information or Google user data.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted network communications, authenticated access, restricted administrative access, and security controls provided by our cloud-service providers.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide GigProfit, maintain account and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

You may request deletion of your GigProfit account and associated personal information from within the application, when available, or by contacting us at danny.novaprime@gmail.com.

You may also revoke GigProfit’s access to your Google account through your Google Account security and third-party access settings.

After a verified deletion request is completed, we will delete or anonymize associated personal information unless retention is required or permitted by law, necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access or receive a copy of certain personal information
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Request deletion of personal information
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Disconnect linked services or revoke third-party access

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

9. Children’s Privacy

GigProfit is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as GigProfit changes or as required by law. We will update the “Last updated” date above and may provide additional notice when appropriate.
