These Terms govern your use of the GigProfit mobile application, website, and related services provided by Nova Prime LLC. By creating an account, downloading the app, purchasing access, or using GigProfit, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your credentials and devices secure, and activity performed through your account. Do not impersonate others or use GigProfit for unlawful purposes.
2. Permitted use
You may use GigProfit for lawful personal or business activity related to gig work. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, abuse automated systems, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
GigProfit may offer Free, Standard, Pro, trial, monthly, or annual access. The products, prices, trial eligibility, renewal terms, and features shown in the App Store or purchase screen control at the time of purchase. Apple processes iOS purchases, subscription management, cancellations, and refund requests under Apple's applicable rules.
4. Estimates and recommendations
Offer analysis, profit estimates, mileage, hourly-rate calculations, demand indicators, event information, tax organization, expense classifications, traffic data, and AI responses may contain errors, delays, or incomplete information. You remain responsible for your driving, work, tax, and business decisions.
5. AI features
AI-generated content is for informational and productivity purposes and may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances. Independently review important information and do not treat AI responses as professional advice.
6. Driving and safety
Always prioritize safe driving and obey traffic and distracted-driving laws. Do not interact with GigProfit while driving unless it is lawful and safe. GigProfit is not an emergency, dispatch, law-enforcement, roadside-assistance, or safety-guarantee service.
7. Your content and connected data
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant GigProfit the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display that information to provide requested features. Third-party services may have their own terms and policies.
8. Beta and experimental features
Features labeled beta, preview, experimental, or similar may change, stop working, have usage limits, or be removed.
9. Availability and changes
GigProfit may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance or security updates. Continuous availability of every provider, data source, feature, or integration is not guaranteed.
10. Intellectual property
GigProfit software, design, branding, and related materials are owned by Nova Prime LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.
11. Warranty disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, GigProfit is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that all information will be complete, current, error-free, uninterrupted, or appropriate for every purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nova Prime LLC and GigProfit are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
13. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using GigProfit at any time and may request account deletion through available controls or support.
14. Updates
These Terms may be updated as GigProfit changes. Where legally required, additional notice will be provided.
